In an effort to increase external sales through internal employee training and recognition, the management at the world class Ritz-Carlton Resort on Hilton Head Island asked World Design Marketing to create a dynamic turnkey internal program and promotion. The “Keys to Success” program was designed to reinforce the central attributes that the Ritz-Carlton management team wanted employees to focus on in the coming year. Keys, coins, and a treasure chest keep employees hunting for the title of Associate of the Year.
